Reflexology is a non-invasive natural therapy that focuses on applying pressure to specific points on the feet, known as reflex areas. These reflex areas correspond to different organs, systems, and structures in the body. By stimulating these points, reflexology helps to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support the body’s ability to balance and heal itself.

On the days she is not in the office working for MindFitBody she is working in her own business Soul of Diamonds Therapy as an online counsellor, reflexologist and resin artist/teacher.

Jo completed her Diploma of Reflexology in Perth in 2013 and ran her own business for many years.

She is excited to be welcomed by Dr Mark Symonds to the MindFitBody practice in Lindisfarne and looking forward to working with you.
